Create your eProfile account! This becomes your personal profile that will be used to register your business or company.

After submitting the information, you are required to verify your information and activate your e-Profile account.
To do this, you can visit any of the Registrar of Companies (ROC) or Births Deaths and Marriages (BDM) offices in Fiji with your supporting documents.
Please click here for the list of ROC and BDM offices you can visit.

It is required that you present the officer your FNPF/FRCS Joint ID Card before your account is activated and you must get your e-Profile account activated within 30 days from the creation of your e-Profile account.
In the event, you do not have your FNPF/FRCS Joint ID Card or FNPF Membership Card, please bring a valid photo ID ( Passport, Electronic Voter Registration (EVR) Card, Driver’s Licence) and the original or certified copy of any identity document displaying your TIN or FNPF number.

Note: I am a foreigner, how do I create an eProfile account?
E-profile accounts are accessible to Fiji born Citizens as it is linked to the Birth Registration Number. Foreign investors and Fiji residents present in the country can visit the ROC office or any nearest BDM office for registration. Otherwise, you can also register your entity through a local agent.
The list of local agents that can be reached out to can be found at – Business Agents - businessNOW FIJI.
Once your entity is registered, you can follow through from Step 4 onwards.

Now, login to eProfile and choose your entity type from the e-SERVICES page.

At a high-level, a business is an entity that trades goods and services for profits and usually operates as a sole trader, partnership, or firm. A company is a separate legal entity where the operations are controlled by the Director and owned by the members (shareholders). Companies can be either registered as Private or Public.

During registration, there is an option to select assignment of ROC pass under individual Owner/Director information. Make sure to tick the "Assign ROC PASS" checkbox.

This will keep you informed on what happens within your entity, and it is also used to apply for additional compliances with downstream agencies in the businessNOW portal, such as RBF, FNU, NFA, OHS, and MHMS.

Wait for your entity to get approved. Once this is done, the officeholder will get an email notification that your entity registration has been successful, as well as an email to setup your ROC PASS account. Click on the link provided in the email to finish setting up your ROC PASS.

You are now all set to log into the businessNOW portal with your:
  • ROC PASS email
  • ROC PASS password
  • Entity Registration Number

Note: After the very first login, you can setup your own login details for the businessNOW portal.
